  • I processi formativi di sostegno alla genitorialità in carcere sono una fondamentaleazione di tutela del diritto a mantenere una relazione significativa fra figli/ee padri e madri detenuti/e. Attraverso la narrazione dell'esperienza di “Abbracciamicon un libro. Percorso progettuale, di valorizzazione delle competenzegenitoriali, rivolto ai papà-detenuti nella Casa Circondariale di Lanciano”, promossodalla sezione abruzzese dell'Associazione Italiana Biblioteche in ambitodel programma nazionale Nati per Leggere nell'anno 2019/20, si vogliono definirescientificamente alcuni dei nodi concettuali più significativi in relazionealla genitorialità in ambito carcerario. Si vuole, inoltre, far emergere le principalicaratteristiche pedagogico-didattiche di un processo di formativo finalizzatoall'acquisizione di buone prassi genitoriali attraverso la strategia comunicazionaledella lettura condivisa.   • The article focuses on the limit, the need and the desire. Starting from therecognition that the limit is consubstantial with the education. Indeed, the limitis the meta-rule that should inspire the individual rules. Then to analyze thedesire on the basis of Lacan, Freud and other Authors. With the desire that isother than the pleasure and the enjoyment. And with the object of desire whichis a ghost or an illusion. Lastly, with the need, which is the pedagogicalresponse to the desire, defining a state of real urgency, physiologicallyconnoted, of the subject. The same need, recognized and limited, which is theanswer to a possible and practicable enjoyment, and, equally, to a well-posedand articulated question. A need updated, for quantity and quality, by theeducation. In view of the three main aims of the education: the freedom, theautonomy and the responsibility. And with the same pedagogy that does not legislate, but offers tools for their correct exercise.
  • Thus, the educationalrelationship is able to educate desires, to submit them to the pleasure principleand, where if this fails, to bring everything back to the principle of reality,beacon and foundation of education. [Publisher's text]
