  • This paper aims to understand the EU policies on territorial cohesion in the Adriatic and Ionian macro region and the role of green card. The engineering macro-regional takes her place within the cohesion territorial between the dimensions of economic and the social dimensions The green paper was founded in the wake of a rapid change of the international situation and this has forced the experts to draw up the most appropriate measures to a new scheme economic, political and social. The best solution envisaged, therefore, a review and a new adaptation of the regional policy of the Union.
