Ospitare il senso e l'inatteso : per un'estetica del setting formativo

  • La formazione degli adulti, se intende avere una qualche chance per trasformare l'esistente, necessita dell'allestimento di un'ambientazione aperta, realistica e simbolica insieme, cangiante, evocativa della complessità. Siamo nell'epoca della "società automatica" che produce la miseria del simbolico che esercita la sua azione più dirompente sulla sterilizzazione del desiderio, dell'immaginazione, della creatività, ingredienti fondamentali per l'individuazione soggettiva, da un lato, e su quella collettiva, dall'altro, anche in una prospettiva politica di tra-sformazione del contesto. Il compito primario della formazione è far emergere la consapevolezza degli automatismi che condizionano la nostra esistenza e insieme produrre l'anticorpo chiave della miseria del simbolico che è "l'estetica del noi". Ciò induce a progettare un setting formativo che si proponga come la "clinica" della relazione intersoggettiva e della dipendenza emancipativa dall'altro. [Testo dell'editore]

Adult education, if it intends to have any chance to transform the existing, requires the preparation of an open setting, realistic and symbolic at the same time, iridescent, evocative of complexity.
