A partire da vignette cliniche riferite a sedute di supervisione ad équipe di lavoro in Comunità terapeutica e con riferimenti teorici ad autori che hanno evidenziato la dimensione "istituzionale" della personalità, vengono sottolineati gli aspetti più significativi dei confini del setting e della loro cura.

  • Setting and boundaries in work of supervision with a community team. The authors of this paper focus their attention on physical and symbolic aspects of the setting, in particular they underline the centrality of the feature of the boundary. The most significant aspects of the boundaries of the setting and of their care are thus underlined, starting from clinical sketches related to sessions of supervision of work teams in therapeutic community and with theoretical references to authors who highlighted the "institutional" dimension of personality.
  • The attention paid to the boundary aspects of the setting sets out the circumstance which allows the coming out and the readability of phenomena related to the emotional life of the working group and which lays the foundations for the task of maintaining the institutional container, which is the final target of the work of supervision.
