  • L'Autore presenta l'esperienza di una psicoterapia domiciliare effettuata con un paziente psicotico. Attraverso la narrazione del caso clinico, egli mostra l'importanza di ancorarsi ad un solido setting interno e di utilizzare i propri vissuti controtransferali quali bussola fondamentale in un viaggio irto di ostacoli. L'Autore sottolinea tre aspetti che gli sembrano specifici della psicoterapia domiciliare: l'impatto con il mondo fisico del paziente, la mescolanza continua tra interno ed esterno e il capovolgimento del rapporto figura-sfondo. Particolare attenzione viene anche prestata all'eccesso di realtà di fronte cui il terapeuta viene a trovarsi e a possibili modalità di lettura interpretativa. [Testo dell'editore].
  • The Author presents an experience of a home-based psychotherapy carried out with a psychotic patient. Through the narration of the clinical case, he shows the importance of grabbing on a solid internal setting and using one's own countertransferal feelings as a fundamental compass in a journey fraught with obstacles. The Author highlights three aspects that seems to be specific of the home-based psychotherapy: the impact with the patient's physical world, the continuous mixing between interior and exterior and the reversal of the figure-ground relationship. Particular attention is given to the excess of reality which impacts the therapist and to the possible interpretative reading modes. [Publishers' text].
