This paper deals with the mediation as an instrument that is able to figure out pacefully the fights in order to make whose is the responsability clear about own actions. The author describes the mediator's job paying particular attention to the Anglo-Saxon economy criterion which gave rise to the spread of alternative methods about the fights' resolution. Furthermore, the author speaks about the European Committee idea of creating a good system to defend the rights for the member countries. [Publishers' text].
