La questione del legame e del transfert nell'interferenza fra tre spazi psichici

  • Questo articolo propone un quadro d'insieme della ricerca portata avanti dall'autore e focalizzata sull'articolazione fra la cura psicoanalitica individuale, il lavoro psicoanalitico nei dispositivi di gruppo e la supervisione delle équipes curanti delle istituzioni psichiatriche che si trovano in difficoltà. Suo obiettivo fondamentale è di offrire un contributo alla conoscenza di aspetti specifici e intrecciati della realtà psichica inconscia in tutti questi ambiti. Dopo aver definito le caratteristiche del lavoro psicoanalitico nei setting di gruppo, l'autore propone la sua ipotesi principale: nei gruppi non c'è un unico spazio di realtà psichica (quello del gruppo come insieme), ma tre. Il primo è quello del "soggetto singolo nel gruppo"; il secondo è quello dei "legami intersoggettivi" che i soggetti contraggono quando incontrano un altro o più di un altro all'interno del gruppo; il terzo è quello dell'"insieme" che i soggetti sviluppano e di cui sono parte, modellandolo ed essendone modellati.   • The article presents an overview of the author's research, which focuses on the articulation between individual psychoanalytic treatment, psychoanalytic work in group settings, and listening to health care teams that are in difficulty within psychiatric institutions. It aims principally to contribute to the understanding of specific and intersecting aspects of unconscious psychic reality in all these arenas.g outlined the nature of psychoanalytic work in group settings, the author presents his main hypothesis: in groups there is not only one space of psychic reality (that of the group as a whole), but three.
