  • Lo scritto evidenzia la difficoltà di soggettivazione come avviene nei casi limite quando il paziente non è capace di contenere i conflitti, ma agisce le sue tensioni all'esterno. La relazione con il terapeuta ripropone il trauma originario attraverso le particolari fantasie che intercorrono nella relazione. Possiamo vedere un investimento libidico tutto concentrato sull'Io e la ripetizione della stessa sofferenza con disturbi del pensiero e l'organizzazione di difese arcaiche. Solo la presenza attenta del terapeuta può riempire il vuoto affettivo della paziente, fornire un incontro identificatorio, sostenere il Sé quale rappresentante dell'"essere vivo".   • The paper highlights the difficulty of subjectivation as occurs in border cases when the patient is unable to contain conflicts, but acts on his external tensions. The relationship with the therapist reproposes the original trauma through the particular fantasies that exist in the relationship. We can see a libidinal investment entirely focused on the ego and the repetition of the same suffering with thought disorders and the organization of archaic defenses. Only the attentive presence of the therapist can fill the patient's emotional void, provide an identifying encounter, support the Self as the representative of "being alive".
