Continuità e discontinuità in seduta : i ritardi

  • Il lavoro si propone di riportare l'attenzione su aspetti clinici, come ad esempio i "ritardi in seduta", alla luce dei concetti di continuità e discontinuità analitica. Si asserisce che la continuità analitica è segnata dal discontinuo e dal discreto, come ad esempio nelle rotture di setting. Si prende in considerazioni una vignetta clinica in cui la paziente fa dei ritardi prima di iniziare la seduta. Vale a dire che all'interno dell'orario della seduta spende del tempo fuori dal setting, in un "luogo altro". Percorrendo i concetti di Continuo e di Discreto in psicoanalisi, diversi autori, propongono un modello di esplorazione del funzionamento psichico. In tale contesto di ricerca si fa la distinzione tra Relazione e Rapporto, equivalente alla distinzione di Continuo/Relazione (e discontinuo) e Discreto/Rapporto.

  • The work aims to bring attention back to clinical aspects, such as "delays in the terapy session", in light of the concepts of analytical continuity and discontinuity. It is asserted that analytic continuity is marked by the discontinuous and the discrete, as for example in the breaking of the setting. A clinical vignette is taken into consideration in which the patient delays before starting the session. That is to say that within the time of the session he spends this time outside the setting, in an "other place". Following the concepts of Continuous and Discrete in psychoanalysis, several authors propose a model of exploration of psychic functioning. In this research context, the distinction is made between Relation and Relationship, equivalent to the distinction of Continuous/Relation (and discontinuous) and Discrete/Relationship.
