Ogni fenomeno fisico, naturale o digitale - generato da processi ecologici, antropici o artificiali - lascia dietro di sé tracce: segni materiali o immateriali che diventano evidenze complesse, in grado di trasformare continuamente la memoria individuale e collettiva del nostro presente. Una traccia può essere intesa come documento, testimonianza o eco che persiste nello spazio reale oppure virtuale.
