Violenza domestica al tempo del Covid-19

  • La sicurezza delle donne sembra lentamente entrare a pieno titolo nell'agenda politica dei governi nazionali e locali. Tuttavia, non è così per la sicurezza femminile nei luoghi apparentemente più sicuri e più tutelanti come la famiglia o i rapporti di coppia. Ciò che accade in quei rapporti sembra ancora relegato a questione privata e non rappresenta un problema che, invece, a ragione è un fatto sociale. iettivo di questo lavoro è quello di presentare un'analisi dell'andamento della violenza domestica durante il periodo del lockdown. onti dei dati sono l'ISTAT e D.i.Re , enti che hanno rilevato in modo continuato e sistematico la questione sociale della violenza di genere e domestica.
  • Oltre all'analisi quantitativa abbiamo approfondito il tema dal punto di vista qualitativo, ricorrendo a tre interviste rivolte a Testimoni Privilegiati, ciò si è reso necessario per meglio inserire i dati in un frame concettuale e teorico in grado di restituire la complessità del fenomeno, dell'importanza della presenza dei servizi sul territorio e del lavoro svolto dagli operatori antiviolenza.   • The security of women seems slowly to enter fully into the political agenda of national and local governments. However, this is not the case for female safety in seemingly safer and more protective places such as family or relationships. What happens in those relations still seems to be a private matter and does not represent a problem which, on the contrary, is a social fact. The aim of this work is to present an analysis of the trend of domestic violence during the lockdown period.
  • The sources of the data are the ISTAT e D.i.Re, bodies that have continuously and systematically highlighted the social issue of gender and domestic violence. In addition to the quantitative analysis we have deepened the topic from a qualitative point of view by using three interviews addressed to Privileged Witnesses, this has become necessary to better insert the data in a conceptual and theoretical frame able to return the complexity of the phenomenon, the importance of the presence of services on the territory and the work carried out by social professionals.
