  • Il contributo analizza il tema della retribuzione e la sua posizione nel dibattito scientifico attuale. In particolare, ci si sofferma sulla funzione della retribuzione, sulla giusta misura e sulla capacità di assicurare una vita dignitosa: in quest'ottica, il tema si intreccia con quello del salario minimo, ossia con la possibilità che la giusta retribuzione sia determinata legalmente.   • The paper analyses the topic of wages/remunerations and its position in the current scientific debate. In particular, we focus on the function of wages/remunerations according to the concept of "right measure" and on the capacity to ensure a dignified life: in this perspective, the theme is intertwined with that of the minimum wage, that is with the possibility that the correct remuneration is legally determined. The analysis then refers to the hypothetical relationships between collective bargaining and the law, trying to hypothesize a synergy between sources (in a formal and substantial sense).
