  • In questo lavoro si vuole affrontare il concetto classico di Reazione Terapeutica Negativa perché ritenuto valido e riconoscibile anche nelle nuove patologie attuali, considerandolo come una forma di ripetizione del trauma in cui l'aspetto resistenziale affiora da un narcisismo negativo che si è strutturato nel tempo. La sua presenza nel processo terapeutico indica la presenza di un nucleo psicotico. Si fa una sintesi del percorso evolutivo del concetto in Freud per esser confrontato con i contributi di Ferenczi sul trauma reale. La RTN, una resistenza "diabolica" alla cura come espressione della pulsione di morte. Si riporteranno alcuni flash clinici in cui delle resistenze, per la loro tenacia persistente, appaiono come delle "opposizioni diaboliche". I primi due flash si riferiscono ad identificazioni profonde con aspetti del femminile, il terzo al "torpore in seduta". [Testo dell'editore].
  • In this work the author faces the classic concept of Negative Therapeutic Reaction that it is considered valid and recognizable even in today's new pathologies, such as a form of repetition of the trauma in which the resistance aspect emerges from a negative narcissism that has been structured in time. Its presence in the therapeutic process indicates the presence of a psychotic nucleus. The author synthesizes the evolutionary path of the concept in Freud and compares it to the contributions of Ferenczi on the real trauma. RTN, a "diabolical" resistance to care as an expression of the death instinct. Some clinical flashes will be reported in which resistances, due to their persistent tenacity, appear as "diabolical oppositions". The first two flashes refer to deep identification with aspects of the feminine, the third to "numbness in the session". [Publisher's text].
