In questa opera il filosofo affronta questioni che poi recupererà nell'ultimo suo libro pubblicato, il De rerum naturalium principiis, e conferma la sua ostilità alle mistioni tra filosofia (aristotelica) e teologia.   • The De fato is among the most interesting works by Simone Porzio (1496-1554). In this text the philosopher discusses problems which he will recover in his final book, the De rerum naturalium principiis, and confirms his hostility against the mishmash of (Aristotelian) philosophy and theology. The present contribution offers an edition of the only known exemplar of the text, today conserved in the ms. Ambrosiano 197 sup. [Publisher's text].
