In ascolto. Tra conoscenza e dolore

In psicoanalisi il nesso tra la cura e la conoscenza è strutturale: il funzionamento della relazione tra psiche e soma consente di legare e slegare continuamente nessi relazionali, affetti e significati: questa specificità è sempre più condivisa con le concezioni che caratterizzano le altre scienze. L'interazione tra i due soggetti, lo psicoanalista e il paziente, offre quella attenzione e quello spaziotempo che permettono l'ascolto di potenzialità che non erano state mai espresse per la mancanza di un oggetto che a quelle potenzialità fosse interessato e ricettivo: la compassione come ascolto dell'alterità dell'altro, simile e inconoscibile. Fondamentale è la differenziazione tra il dialogo mondano, attento all'interazione comune, ritenuta patogena, e la peculiarità del dialogo analitico, che riattiva processi di soggettivazione di esperienze primarie basate sull'affetto e non ancora sul linguaggio articolato, e offre uno spazio psichico per andare incontro a ciò che non si conosce

In psychoanalysis, the connection between treatment and knowledge is structural: the functioning of the psychesoma in relation allows us to continuously connect and disconnect relational ties, affections and meanings. This specificity is increasingly shared with the concepts that characterize the other sciences. The interaction between the two subjects, the psychoanalist and the patient, offers that attention and that spacetime that allow for the listening of potentialities never expressed due to the lack of an object that was interested in and receptive to those potentialities: compassion as listening to the otherness of the other, similar and unknowable. Fundamental is the differentiation between mundane dialogue, attentive to common interaction, considered pathogenic and the peculiarity of analytical dialogue, which reactivates processes of subjectivation of primary experiences based on affection and not yet on articulated language, and offers a psychic space to encounter the
