  • In questo lavoro gli autori partendo dal personaggio di Ofelia della tragedia Amleto di Shakespeare trattano il tema del suicidio. Partiranno da una revisione della letteratura Psicoanalitica su questo tema, evidenziando sinteti camente le differenti posizioni dei maggiori esponenti. In seguito riporteranno il pensiero dell'esperto in adolescenza e suicidi nell'adolescenza dello psicoanalista svizzero Ladame e il pensiero sul trattamento dei borderline a rischio suicidio di Kernberg e Mucci. In conclusione verranno dati degli accenni sulla terapia individuale e dell'importanza del transfert e controtransfert nel trattamento di questi pazienti difficili. Infine le osservazioni di Ondarza Linares sulla psicoterapia gruppoanalitica nel trattamento di pazienti con tentativi di suicidio e a rischio di suicidio. [Testo dell'editore].
  • In this article the authors commence with Ofelia, a character from Shakespeare's tragedy "Hamlet", dealing with the theme of suicide. They commence with a review of the psychoanalytic literature available on this topic, briefly highlighting the different positions of the major exponents. They then detail the thoughts of Swiss psychoanalyst, Ladame, an expert on adolescence and suicide in adolescence, as well as thoughts on the treatment of borderline cases at risk of suicide by Kernberg and Mucci. In conclusion, tips on individual therapy and the importance of transference and countertransference in the treatment of these difficult patients are also given. Finally, J. Ondarza Linares' observations on groupanalytical therapy in the treatment of patients with suicidal attempts and at risk of suicide. [Publisher's text].
