Tra regressione e sublimazione : fusionalità, bellezza e manutenzione dei confini

  • Il lavoro si propone di portare l'attenzione sulle connessioni fra fenomeni di regressione e fenomeni di sublimazione all'interno dell'esperienza clinica della psicoterapia psicoanalitica. Attraverso varie teorizzazioni si riflette sulla terapia analitica intesa come un processo che si muove fra luoghi della mente caratterizzati da indistinzione, linguaggio primario, memorie sensoriali e aree più differenziate, dove domina la rappresentazione, il tempo lineare, la narrazione, un tipo di pensiero secondario.
  • Si riflette su come questo andamento oscillatorio non sia un limite o un sintomo, né della persona né del suo percorso terapeutico, ma possa esserne l'aspetto vitale e creativo, che da luogo ad autentiche e soggettive trasformazioni e creazioni. La terapia stessa, intesa in questo modo, viene rapportata ad un'esperienza estetica dove il bello e il vero sono intesi innanzitutto come qualcosa di profondamente originale e soggettivo, proveniente dal nucleo originario della mente specifica nell'incontro con il terapeuta.   • It reflects on how this oscillatory trend is not a limit or a symptom, neither of the person nor of his therapeutic path, but it can be the vital and creative aspect, which gives rise to au-thentic and subjective transformations and creations. The therapy itself, understood in this way, is related to an aesthetic experience, where beauty and truth are understood above all as something deeply original and subjective coming from the original core of the specific mind in the encounter with the therapist. The analytic relationship itself becomes a relationship that can and must go through moments of healthy fusionality. [Publisher's text]
  • The work aims to bring attention to the connections between regres-sion phenomena and sublimation phenomena within the clinical expe-rience of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.Through various theorizations we reflect on analytic therapy understood as a process that moves between places of the mind characterized by indistinction, primary language, sensory memories and more differentiated areas, where representation, linear time, narration, a type of secondary thought dominate.
