  • L'utilizzo di strumenti innovativi di raccolta fondi, come quelli basati sul web, si e rivelato fondamentale per sopperire rapidamente alle necessita delle strutture sanitarie e ospedaliere del nostro Paese nell'emergenza Covid-19. Obiettivo del presente lavoro, dopo un breve richiamo al dibattito teorico e accademico sulle logiche di fundraising in sanita in Italia, e presentare le principali tendenze in atto nell'utilizzo di strumenti e tecniche di raccolta fondi a supporto della sanita del nostro Paese. Attraverso lo sviluppo di un modello Systems Thinking, si mostrera come le donazioni online, e in particolare il crowdfunding, che fino a oggi hanno rappresentato una fetta residuale tra gli strumenti piu efficaci di raccolta fondi, si stiano rivelando una potente leva, positiva ed efficace, per far fronte all'emergenza sanitaria e finanziaria.   • The use of innovative fundraising tools and techniques has been essential to quickly meet the needs of the Italian healthcare system in the Covid-19 emergency. The purpose of this work, after a review of the theoretical and academic debate on fundraising in healthcare in Italy, is to present the main trends in the use of fundraising tools and techniques to support the national healthcare system. Through a Systems Thinking model, it will be shown that online donations, and in particular crowdfunding, are proving to be a powerful, positive and effective tool to face the current emergency.
