La Dc e l'apertura a sinistra : propaganda, celebrazioni, politica, campagna elettorale

2018 - Franco Angeli

142-174 p.

  • On the eve of the 1963 political elections, the Christian Democrats (Dc), through the political secretary Moro, set up a program to celebrate the birth of the party identified with the promulgation, in 1943, of the document known as the "Reconstructive Ideas of Christian Democracy". The occasion proved to be propitious to reflect both on its own history and on the need to enlarge, in an organic way, the governing majority to the Socialist Party so as to be able to dialogue in a profitable and careful way with a country that changed, laicizing itself, driven by the socalled "Economic boom", although slowing down in its expansionary action.
