  • Quali sono le condizioni di possibilità del sognare? Quali sono gli apriori onirici, se esistono? Come si dà, il sognare, sul piano dell'esperienza? Come si declinano il tempo e lo spazio del e nel sognare? Il corpo e i sensi che modi di espressione hanno nell'esperienza onirica? La fenomenologia sembra interessata a formulare e a rispondere a questo tipo di quesiti, e ciò comporta mettere tra parentesi i contenuti del sogno, che invece sono quelli che più comunemente calamitano l'attenzione. È come se fare della fenomenologia del sognare significasse, in primis, dare conto di come il sognare si struttura in esperienza, e di come questa esperienza si inscrive all'orizzonte del mondo-della-vita.
  • La fenomenologia, nell'applicarsi al sogno, fa della forma, o della struttura del sognare piuttosto che del contenuto, il suo cavallo di battaglia. Un esempio probante di come l'esperienza onirica metta in questione gli elementi strutturali della fenomenologia è dato dall'incrocio indissolubile, nel sogno, dell'elemento atmosferico con quello eidetico. Il seguente lavoro è incentrato sul sogno e sul sognare come esperienze peculiari dell'esserci-nel-mondo dell'uomo, che determinano e strutturano la situazione esistenziale dell'esserci-nel-sogno, ovvero del sognante come di colui-che-è-nel sogno.   • What are the conditions of possibility for dreaming? What are the "a priori" in dreaming, if ever they exist? What is dreaming as an experience? What are space and time in dreaming? What are the ways of expression of body and senses in the experience of dreaming? Phenomenology seems to be interested in formulating and answering these questions, putting aside the dream's content, which usually captures attention. It is as if the phenomenology of dreaming gave primarily consideration to how dreaming is structured as an experience, and how this specific experience belongs to the horizon of the 'world-of-life'. When phenomenology is applied to a dream, the shape or structure of dreaming, rather than the contents, become the battle horse.
  • A proving example of how the experience of dreaming can question the structural elements of phenomenology is given, in a dream, by the indissoluble intersection of the atmospheric and eidetic elements. This paper focuses on dream and dreaming as a specific human experience of 'being-there-in-the world', which determines and structures the existential situation of 'being-there-in-the-dream', i.e. the dreamer as 'person-who-is-in the dream'.
