  • Le Autrici si interrogano sulla consultazione in ambito istituzionale. In particolare, analizzano, da un lato, le caratteristiche più frequenti presentate dalle persone che hanno espresso una richiesta di aiuto, dall'altro, l'utilità che la consultazione può avere sia come momento di chiarificazione della domanda, sia come fase preparatoria ad un percorso psicoterapico. Le Autrici riflettono inoltre su alcune questioni relative alla tecnica. In particolar modo valorizzano l'assetto interno gruppale dei professionisti che operano nel Centro di Consultazione, che permette di accogliere ciò che è più disgregato e ancora informe nella domanda e nel mondo interno del paziente.   • The Authors question themselves about the consultation in the institutional sphere. Notably they analyze, on the one hand, the most frequent characteristics shown by the individuals who expressed a cry for help, on the other hand, the utility that the consultation can present both as a moment of clarification of the question and as a preparatory phase to a psychotherapeutic path. Furthermore the Authors think about some issues relating to technique. They particularly valorize the internal group framework of the professionals working in the consulting center, which allows to support what is more shattered and yet shapeless in the question and in the patient's inner world.
