Iberoamericana Editorial Vervuert, publishing house and bookstore, was founded in 1975 in Frankfurt. Our office in Madrid opened in 1996, and as of 2009, we also publish in Mexico.
Our editorial activity focuses on academic books about Latin America and Spain in the following subject areas:

Politics, Social Science and Art Every year we publish more than 80 books and two journals: IBEROAMERICANA and RILI.
IBEROAMERICANA. América Latina - España - Portugal. Ensayos sobre letras, historia y sociedad is a forum for cultural and scientific dialogue on the literature, culture and history of Spain and Latin America. RILI, Revista Internacional de Lingüística Iberoamericana provides a space to study the Romance Languages in the countries where Spanish are Portuguese are spoken, as well as the languages in contact with them.
