  • A seguito della pandemia di Covid19 sono state introdotte misure eccezionali finalizzate a sostenere i settori dell'economia particolarmente colpiti e le famiglie in difficoltà. Il presente contributo intende fornire una chiave di lettura della natura delle diverse misure adottate, alcune tuttora attive e presentare alcune riflessioni a partire dai dati dell'indagine campio naria InappPlus 2021, relativi all'utilizzo di voucher e bonus durante la pandemia. Attraverso l'analisi di tali dati, da un lato si delineano il profilo e le caratteristiche dei beneficiari delle diverse misure, dall'altro si tenta di comprendere se e come queste forme di supporto soffrano di un'asimmetria informativa che per certi versi tende ad escludere alcune catego rie di vulnerabilità.   • In response to Covid19, exceptional measures have been introduced aimed at supporting several economic sectors and families in financial difficulties. This contribution intends to provide a key to understand the nature of the measures adopted, some of theme still active, and to present some reflections, starting from InappPlus 2021 sample survey data, related to the use of vouchers and bonuses during the pandemic. Through the analysis of these da ta, on one side we outline the profile and characteristics of the beneficiaries of the various measures, on the other we aim to understand if and how these kinds of support are affected by information asymmetries which indirectly tend to exclude certain categories of vulnera bilities.
