Formare il professionista riflessivo in sanità
118-133 p.
- The Italian healthcare system is undergoing a phase of great transformation that requires a new approach to training. The experience of a Master in Management and Innovation in Healthcare Companies challenges the traditional way of proposing training activities to middle managers and instead seeks ways to motivate them to rethink their practices. The project relies on the concept of training the reflective practitioner while constructing a learning community. There, different identities and roles cooperate, thanks to teachings based on a high density of practices. This training aims to familiarise professionals with an image of health organizations that is not only a result of strategic actions but also of daily activities. During the Master's program, practitioners re-evaluate their way of working and their skills to rethink their identity as middle managers beyond traditional university curricula that are inadequate to the needs of a changing healthcare system.
