Nuovi modelli organizzativi e formazione manageriale nel Lazio
88-100 p.
- The demand for managerial skills is increasing among the organizations of the healthcare system of the Regione Lazio because of the central role assumed by hospitals in the network of local health services; the private management model (recently marked by the so called maxi-ASL and the Azienda Lazio.0), the constraints imposed by the financial recovery plan and, finally, the development of private healthcare providers. There are numerous training bodies with a long experience in the medical field and there are also many private and online Universities providing courses which focused on an economic, legal or administrative approach, in the Region.
- This paper reconstructs the design and positioning choices of the Master in Management and Innovation in Healthcare Companies, of the Sapienza University of Rome, that has moved from the sociological specificity of the Department where it was established, to fit into this new framework of managerial innovation, by offering new contents and new methodologies.
