Comunità innovative di pratiche online come strumento di attivazione di salute : il caso Diastasi Italia

- Le tecnologie social e le strutture tipiche del Web 3.0 si sono rivelate, in campo sociosanitario, attivatori di salute e assistenza per organizzazioni, medici e soprattutto pazienti (Cipolla, Maturo, 2014; Santoro, Garattini, 2011; Liuccio, 2016; Sadasivam et al., 2013; Kamel Boulos, Wheeler, 2007). In particolare, le Comunità di pratica (CoP) nascono, si sviluppano e si moltiplicano soprattutto nel settore sanitario (Li et al., 2009). Esse ridefiniscono il sistema della conoscenza e riorientano la produzione e la condivisione di pratiche attraverso un movimento bottom-up che si origina da percorsi di socializzazione integrati con il mediattivismo. Il presente contributo, che si configura come uno studio di caso netnografico (O'Donohoe, 2010; Yin, 2013) della comunità Diastasi Italia, ha come obiettivo generale l'analisi dell'impatto di comunità virtuali di pratiche spontanee sul processo di cura in ambito sanitario.
