  • During the twentieth century, one of the most profound interpretations of Socrates was the one from Guido Calogero. It was expressed through a sequence of papers published between the 1926 and the 1981. These papers illustrate a considerable model of philosophical historiography and an original and successful synthesis of an activity both historical and philosophical, that don't abdicate the discussion of theoretical problems.
