Tant'è che il saggio si conclude con la riflessione critica delle politiche europee che, pur avendo contribuito ad accrescere la sensibilità attraverso le azioni positive nei confronti delle donne, richiedono un maggiore investimento per abbattere le "barriere" delle differenze.
