Social farming : a new model of dealing with ageing in rural areas in Poland?

- The processes of population ageing in Poland is very dynamic,according to the population projections, in the next fifty years the Polishsociety will become one of the oldest in Europe. In the article authorspresent current system of health care and social support in Poland and aresults of case study realized in one of the first social farms for elderly inPoland.
