La Casa della Comunità in Emilia-Romagna : esperienze e riflessioni

La riconfigurazione delle Case della Salute in Case della Comunità ha determinato trasformazioni rilevanti nei servizi erogati e nelle modalità operative dei professionisti coinvolti, incidendo sulle dinamiche organizzative e sugli approcci metodologici adottati. Il presente contributo analizza l'evoluzione dei servizi di psicologia in Emilia-Romagna, esaminando attività, interventi e specifiche sperimentazioni realizzate sul territorio regionale. L'impiego dei principi della psicologia di comunità consente una riflessione critica sul quadro attuale, favorendo l'individuazione di traiettorie di sviluppo future orientate alla promozione di processi partecipativi, alla riduzione delle disuguaglianze, alla costruzione e al consolidamento di partnership territoriali e al potenziamento della formazione dei professionisti. The transformation of Health House into Community House has brought about significant changes in the services provided and in the working methods of the professionals involved, affecting the organisational dynamics and the methodological approaches adopted. This paper analyses the evolution of psychology services in Emilia-Romagna, examining the activities, interventions and experiments in the regional territory, as implemented in Community Houses. The use of the principles of community psychology allows for a critical reflection on the current framework, favoring the identification of future development trajectories oriented towards the promotion of participatory processes, the reduction of inequalities, the creation and consolidation of territorial partnerships and the strengthening of professionals' training.
