  • Dopo qualche cenno (anche di tipo metodologico) sulle problematiche evolutive del regionalismo nel primo dopoguerra repubblicano, nel contributo sono analizzate – anche in una prospettiva comparata con le omologhe forme di decentramento territoriale dei poteri osservabili negli Stati europei a forma regionale e in quelli a forma federale – alcune delle problematiche del riparto dei poteri alla luce dei venti anni successivi alle riforme costituzionali del Titolo V, per interrogarsi conclusivamente sui nuovi rapporti venutisi a determinare fra autonomia politica regionale, impatto della crisi economica, integrazione europea e problematiche di effettività dei diritti, soprattutto (sociali ma non solo)..   • After some hints, also of a methodological nature, on the evolutionary problems of regionalism in the first post-war republican period, the article analyzes some of the problems of the distribution of powers in the light of the twenty years following the constitutional reforms of Title V. This analysis will also be made in a comparative perspective with the homologous formsof territorial decentralization of the powers that can be observed in the European states with a regional and federal form. In conclusion, the paper will question the new relationships created between regional political autonomy, the impact of the economic crisis, European integration, and issues of the effectiveness of rights, above all (social but not only).[Publisher's text]
