Poesia e ragion poetica come vie per l'espressione e l'accesso del mondo interno

  • L'articolo mette a tema la funzione generativa e ristrutturante del processo psicoterapeutico. La ricerca empirica che sostiene il contributo, nasce dalla necessità di rompere la gabbia di una organizzazione metapsichica rigida e ripetitiva che va a caratterizzare la relazione psicoterapeutica stessa. L'attenzione nel metodo viene rivolta alla capacità poietica di ogni soggetto umano, intesa come capacità d'agire (poiein) nell'assenza, dando forma originale al proprio sentire. Si tratta per il terapeuta di saper attendere e riconoscere la poiesis in atto, nel gesto e nella parola "incarnata" del paziente e di accompagnarla per generare tollerabilità, creare differenze e nuove transizioni di senso. Gli approfondimenti teorici a sostegno di tale prospettiva riguardano i contributi di psicoanalisti che hanno prestato particolare attenzione alla creatività e alle potenzialità dell'inconscio tacito, non rimosso.   • The article focuses on the generative and restructuring function of the psychotherapeutic process. The empirical research that supports the contribution stems from the need to break the cage of a rigid and repetitive metapsychic organization that characterizes the psychotherapeutic relationship itself. The attention in the method is turned to the poietic capacity of every human subject, which is understood as ability to act (poiein) in absence and to give an original form to their own feelings. It is for the psychotherapist to know how to wait and recognize the poiesis in action, in the gesture and in the embodied word of the patient and to attend it to generate tolerability, to create differences and new transitions of meaning. The theoretical insights to support this perspective concern the contributions of psychoanalysts who have paid particular attention to creativity and to the potential of the tacit and not removed unconscious.
