La governance multilivello delle attività spaziali

Le attività spaziali hanno subito un'evoluzione in termini soggettivi e oggettivi tale da mettere in discussione l'attualità del regime internazionale di governance affermatosi nella seconda metà del secolo scorso. L'esame dell'attività normativa dei soggetti deputati ad intervenire in questo settore dimostra come si assista oggi ad una governance policentrica che nella visione dell'autrice ben può perseverare nel raggiungere gli obiettivi fissati dalle Nazioni Unite nei primi Trattati, senza pregiudicare gli interessi nazionali. Space activities have undergone such subjective and objective changes that they call into question the relevance of the international governance regime established in the second half of the last century. An examination of the regulatory activities of the entities responsible for intervening in this sector shows that we are now witnessing a polycentric governance that, in the authotr's view, can continue to pursue the objectives set by the United Nations in the first treaties without compromising national interests.
