  • The poetic nucleus of Italian literature and investigative journalism from its origins (La rete delle parole di pietra: intervistati, autobio- grafi e narratori). The subject of the article is the diachronic reinterpretation of some irregular classics of social inquiry in Italy, that of writers, essayists, journalists (from Carlo Levi to Danilo Montaldi). More than the authors who discovered them could have, it analyzes the new linguistic-narrative skills of the dominated in interviews, life stories and autobiographies. In addition, it aims to demonstrate how these skills of expression, synchronically compared, constitute a relatively autonomous region from the speakers' consciousness. Finally, through the survey of the poetic forms adopted by their language, the authors attempt to deepen the relationship between subjectivity and domination. [Publisher's text]
