  • Se il lockdown ha interrotto per milioni di persone l'andare al lavoro, non ha interrotto il lavoro, né trasformato l'immaginario del lavoro, sempre misurato su un imperativo di performatività vitale. Il fenomeno delle cosiddette Grandi dimissioni pare però accelerato dallo stop imposto dalla pandemia. Si tratta di un fenomeno tutto da analizzare - anche per la difficoltà di reperire alcuni dati - e da comprendere con ricerche che vadano a indagare in profondità i cambiamenti nei percorsi di lavoro così come il rifiuto di condizioni lavorative di sfruttamento.
  • L'ipotesi di un rigetto delle condizioni di lavoro e dunque di vita è certo una delle opzioni, ma è da considerare un possibile tentativo di sovvertire l'ordine valoriale imposto con pratiche che esprimono obiezione e diserzione dal sistema. Se il discorso pubblico è focalizzato sulla mancanza di offerta nei settori ad alta intensità di lavoro, l'interrogativo da porsi va al di là del mismatch tra domanda e offerta e riguarda le condizioni considerate oggi accettabili per lavorare.   • If the lockdown has interrupted millions of people from going to work, it has not interrupted work, nor transformed the imagination of work, always measured on an imperative of vital performativity. The phenomenon of the so-called Great Resignations, however, seems to be accelerated by the stop imposed by the pandemic. It is a phenomenon to be analyzed (also for the difficulty of finding some data) and to be understood with research that goes to investigate in depth the changes in work paths as well as the rejection of exploitative working conditions.
  • The hypothesis of a rejection of working conditions and therefore of life is certainly one of the options, but it is to be considered a possible attempt to subvert the value order imposed with practices that express objection and desertion from the system. If the public discourse is focused on the lack of supply in labor-intensive sectors, the question to be asked goes beyond the mismatch between supply and demand and concerns the conditions considered acceptable today to work.
