Among us : l'estraneità in una famiglia adottiva con figli adolescenti nel corso di una psicoterapia familiare online

  • L'incontro con l'altro ci impone un lavoro psichico complesso, per i genitori questo lavoro di trasformazione inizia con la nascita del figlio che li confronta con il tema dell'estraneità e che si rinnova poi nel periodo dell'adolescenza. In questo lavoro l'autrice si interroga sul ruolo del confronto con l'estraneità come elemento costitutivo del passaggio alla pubertà. Tale aspetto viene osservato, presentando il materiale clinico di una famiglia adottiva con due figli adolescenti. Per le famiglie adottive questo passaggio si articola attraverso varie vicissitudini in cui si intrecciano fenomeni evolutivi ed esperienze traumatiche, che rendono il lavoro stesso di elaborazione psichica molto delicato e complesso per l'intero nucleo familiare. In questo scritto il punto di vista teorico, da cui osservare questi delicati passaggi, è quello interpersonale che si occupa non solo dei processi intrapsichici, ma si interessa anche alle relazioni e alle interazioni che circondano i soggetti.   • The encounter with the other person imposes on us a complex psychic work. For the parents this work of transformation begins with the birth of the child who confronts them with the topic of extraneousness and which is then renewed in the period of adolescence. In this work the author questions the role of confrontation with otherness as a constitutive element of the transition to puberty. This aspect is observed, presenting the clinical material concerning an adoptive family with two teenage children. For adoptive families this passage is articulated through various vicissitudes in which evolutionary phenomena and traumatic experiences are intertwined, which make the work itself of psychic elaboration very delicate and complex for the entire family. In this paper the theoretical point of view, from which to observe these delicate passages, is the interpersonal one that deals not only with intrapsychic processes but also with the relationships and interactions that surround the subjects.
