  • Several rural areas of southern Europe record during the periods of crop the arrival of thousands of seasonal workers. For many years, the lack of policies and institutional interventions has left the community of migrants in the organization of an informal reception system across the various territories, mostly based on the construction of precarious and isolated "rural ghettos".
