1997 - Cadmo
This work assumes that the reader has not only specific knowledge in the field of Italian idealism and, in particular, of the philosophy of Benedetto Croce, but also a precise acquaintance with the current outcome of theoretic linguistics and, at the same time, the philosophy of language. The analysis of Croce's philosophy of language comes about precisely through a comparison between the above-mentioned results and his philosophic-linguistic thesis.
