Is it possible to talk about constitutionalism and the constitution beyond the State? If the globalization processes that occurred in the second half of the 20th century already seemed to highlight the emergence of a global constitutional phenomenon, the recent health and environmental crises affirm this as one of the main objects of study in the legal field for the 21st century.
