Lo specchio infranto : note su perversione e vitalità nel campo transferale

Questo articolo si propone di raccontare la nascita di una relazione terapeutica, attraverso uno stile in cui le formulazioni teoriche derivano dalla fenomenologia dell'esperienza clinica e non viceversa. Da questa prospettiva, la protagonista del raccontoè l'evoluzione della relazione stessa, e la seduta analitica somiglia ad una sessione di improvvisazione jazz in cui il tema musicale si struttura gradualmente, prendendo forma nel corso dello svolgersi del brano. Restano all'analista dei punti fermi: la stabilità del setting e la consapevolezza che in corso d'opera non si potrà non citare alcuni elementi teorici (motivi standard). Concretamente, il testo descrive alcuni momenti della terapia analitica con Susanna, una paziente intelligente e vitale che adottava una serie di importanti difese dissociative di tipo perverso, che pur proteggendola dal rischio di un crollo psichico le rendevano la vita estenuante e ripetitiva.

Dalla narrazione emergono tre temi strettamente interdipendenti: 1. Il racconto del modo in cui la coppia analitica riesce a liberarsi da modalità relazionali cicliche e sclerotizzate ed acquisisca una capacità relazionale più flessibile, in cui si può stare in uno spazio transizionale dove non c'è completa separazione nè fusione assoluta. 2. La formulazione di alcune ipotesi sul legame tra trauma complesso e formazione di strutture dissociative di tipo perverso. 3. Il lavoro dell'analista sul proprio controtransfert, che evidenzia come nel campo transferale vi sia un rapporto circolare tra sensazioni somatiche, ricerche ed insight teorici. This article's aim is to narrate the birth of a therapeutic relationship, with a style in which theoretical formulations are derived from the phenomenology of clinical experience and not vice versa. From this perspective, the protagonist of the tale is the evolution of the relationship itself, and the analytical session resembles a jazz session in which the musical theme is gradually structured, taking shape as the piece unfolds. The analyst knows he can rely on his setting and with the certainty that some standard elements won't be ignored, without knowing in advance which ones. Concretely, the text describes some moments of the analytic therapy with Susanna, an intelligent and vital patient who adopted a series of important dissociative defences of a perverse type, which while protecting her from the risk of a psychic breakdown made her life exhausting and repetitive.

Three closely interdependent themes emerge from the narrative: 1. The account of the way in which the analytic couple manages to free itself from cyclical and sclerotized relational modes and acquire a more flexible relational capacity, in which one can be in a transitional space where there is neither complete separation nor absolute fusion. 2. The formulation of some hypotheses on the link between complex trauma and the formation of dissociative structures of a perverse type. 3. The analyst's work on his own countertransference, which highlights how in the transference field there is a circular relationship between somatic sensations, rȇverie and theoretical insight.
