Formazione degli insegnanti sulle TIC in Italia : una proposta formativa seguendo il modello formativo della Castiglia y León (Spagna)

  • Questo articolo presenta i risultati ottenuti in un'esperienza formativa per migliorarela percezione delle competenze digitali di un gruppo di docenti italiani.Per la sua messa in atto è stata progettata una formazione in modalità b-learningutilizzando strumenti gratuiti che gli insegnanti possono implementare inclasse. Il corso ha visto la partecipazione di un gruppo di insegnanti di unascuola secondaria di Livorno e i risultati sono stati molto positivi in quanto tuttihanno registrato un miglioramento. La pianificazione, non focalizzandoci solosugli strumenti tecnologici, ma tenendo conto soprattutto delle attività che sarebberostate svolte in classe, è una delle chiavi del successo di questo tipo diproposta che potrebbe anche avere una ricaduta positiva sugli alunni. Infatti,dopo la realizzazione di questa formazione, gli insegnanti hanno in mano tuttigli strumenti per poter attivare le aule virtuali e impartire la loro materia a distanza. [Testo dell'editore]
  • This article presents the results obtained in a training experience to improve theself-perception of digital skills of a group of Italian teachers. For itsimplementation a training in b-learning mode has been designed using free tools that teachers can implement in the classroom. The course saw theparticipation of 12 teachers from a secondary school in Livorno and the resultswere very positive as they all had an improvement. The planning, not onlyfocusing on the technological tools, but especially taking into account theactivities that would have been carried out in the classroom, is one of the keysto the success of this type of proposal that could also have a positive impact onthe pupils. In fact, after the implementation of this training, teachers have intheir hands all the tools to be able to activate the virtual classrooms and teachtheir subject at a distance. [Publisher's text]
