  • La rubrica, inaugurata nel 2020 per festeggiare il decimo anno delle pubblicazioni della Rivista italiana di diritto del turismo, è dedicata alla rassegna delle pronunce della Corte Costituzionale che presentano rilevanza (talora anche solo indiretta) in materia di diritto del turismo. L'intento della Rassegna è offrire al lettore un'informazione semplificata, agevolmente decifrabile e di consultazione veloce sull'ampio panorama (in verità assai complesso) degli interventi della Corte Costituzionale in questo àmbito. Tale intento spiega la scelta (piuttosto originale) del criterio di organizzazione dei documenti, nonché la decisione di formulare sintesi brevi dei principali contenuti accompagnate dai dati di pubblicazione in G.U. dei testi integrali. Per ogni Decisione, la data indicata è quella di deposito in Cancelleria. Si ricordi che la Prima Serie Speciale della Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana (dedicata appunto alla Corte Costituzionale) è pubblicata in www.gazzettaufficiale.it.

  • The present section, inaugurated in 2020 to celebrate the tenth year of the publication of the Italian Journal of Tourism Law, is dedicated to the review of the rulings of the Constitutional Court that might be relevant (sometimes even indirectly) in the field of tourism law. The goal of the Review is to offer the reader simple information that is, utterly readable and quicker to refer to with reference to the broad panorama (actually quite complex) of the interventions of the Constitutional Court in this area. Such goal explains the (rather original) choice of the documents' organization criterion, as well as the decision to formulate brief summaries of the main contents accompanied by publication data in the Official Gazette of the integral texts.
  • For each decision, the date indicated is that of filing with the Registry of the Court. It is important to remember that the First Special Series of the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic (dedicated to the Constitutional Court) is published on www.gazzettaufficiale.it. It should also be remembered that all the decisions of the Court are also published on www. cortecostituzionale.it [Publisher's text].
