  • The essay proposes a theoretical reflection on the legal and collective instruments for the psy-cho-physical well-being of workers and on their possible evolution in the changed economic-social reality. Although the legal instruments to protection the health of workers are large and numerous, in front of the new risks deriving from technological and environmental changes (dematerialisation and deconstruction of the workplace but also the organization of the prin-ciple of working anytime and anywhere) demographic (aging of the active population) are revealed inadequate.rds: health and safety; legal and contractual protection tools; technological innovation; new digital jobs; working anytime and anywhere; stress.
