  • Cosa hanno in comune un fidanzato abbandonato che passa le giornate a inviare messaggi alla ex, un uomo autoritario, un marito troppo silenzioso in casa, una donna eccessivamente esuberante nel proporsi e un anziano che regala giganteschi mazzi di rose alla moglie che lo ha lasciato? Tutti possono essere accusati di stalking. Configurato come reato in Italia soltanto nel febbraio 2009, lo stalking ha una precisa definizione ma una anomala percezione collettiva. E s'è dovuto attendere il 2017 perché il legislatore chiarisse che il reato di stalking non può essere cancellato con il solo risarcimento economico. Gli sforzi sono stati ondivaghi e discontinui, e c'è chi usa termini giustificatori come "delitto passionale" anche tra chi fa della comunicazione il proprio mestiere. [Testo dell'editore].
