  • L'autrice si propone di tracciare una breve panoramica sul significato e sulle origini dei miti e delle fiabe, genere letterario diffuso in tutte le epoche e in tutte le civiltà, ricco di spunti simbolici, prezioso ausilio nelle difficoltà e negli interrogativi della vita con funzione trasformatrice degli eventi in esperienze portatrici di significato. È noto il valore terapeutico di queste narrazioni nell'approccio ipnotico, anche attraverso l'uso delle metafore in esse contenute. Si approfondisce quindi il motivo dell'efficacia terapeutica della metafora e, prendendo come spunto il mito di "Amore e Psiche" e la fiaba de "La Bella e la Bestia", si individua quali metafore si possono trarre da questi due narrazioni.   • The author traces a brief overview of the meaning and of the origins of myths and of tales. This literary genre, rich in symbols, is diffused in all ages and in all civilizations. It is a precious aid in the difficulties and in the questions of life, able to turn events in meaningful experiences. The therapeutic value of these narrations in the hypnotic approach is well known, also through the use of the metaphors contained in them. Particular attention is given to the therapeutic effectiveness of metaphors and, through an analysis of the myth of "Eros and Psyche" and of the tale "The Beauty and the Beast", the author finds which metaphors can be drawn from these two stories.
