Sul prendere appunti durante la seduta

  • Vengono esposte alcune riflessioni sulla questione del prendere appunti in seduta da parte dello psicoanalista, esaminandone le varie implicazioni teoriche e cliniche. In particolare, vengono esaminati gli effetti sul paziente del fatto che il suo analista prende appunti in seduta (esaminati sia nel caso che il paziente usi il lettino sia nel caso che non lo usi) e gli effetti sull'analista del fatto che prenda appunti. Tra le conclusioni, si sottolinea la importanza che l'analista sia comunque a suo agio, e che sia il più possibile consapevole delle possibili dinamiche controtransferali legate a questo comportamento.   • Some reflections on the use of taking notes on the part of the analyst during psychoanalytic sessions are made, with a discussion of the theoretical and clinical implications. First the effects on the patient are examined (both in the case the couch is used and in the case it is not used), and then the effects on the analyst are examined. Among the conclusions, it is emphasized that the analyst should be at ease with the patient, whether (s)he takes notes or not, and that countertransference should always monitored in case it may be relevant for this behavior.
