Incontrando il lavoro di rete : il caso delle reti di solidarietá della Regione Veneto

The aim of this paper is to explore some aspects of network processes in social work through a case-study. We will see the deepening of the network functions in social work analyzing a regional project that is changing the culture of foster care in Veneto region . The network has not only support functions and containment in a social continuous (and growing ) emergency, but also it shows a preventive function , to counteract the degradation of social relations and a function that facilitates the transition from a culture of dependence of service to a culture of empowerment of all involved stakeholders in service.
