• With this research we pretend to make known the excavation results in the Can Jordi's talaiotic settlement (Santanyí, Malloca) between 1982 and 1984. The excavations in Can Jordi in this period ended abruptly because the property opposition. The owner disagreed we could continue the research. The excavations exposed some terraced structures to the talaiot. These structures shaped a concentric perfectly ring to the only one talaiot that the settlement conserve. In this research we present the excavation results from one of these enclosures which we identify as a workshop or space where some-body manufactured clay's objects. The material set located in this workshop was consisted in different tools related to the pottery manufacture, as millstones, pestles, slappers, straighteners, scrapers, awls or basins. Also we could find the raw material with them. [Publisher's text]
