  • SICC Series Conference on CBRNe is the second scientific international conference series on safety & security issues in the CBRNe field (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and explosive). It represents the natural development of the longstanding experience achieved in the field of CBRNe education and training thanks to the International Master Courses in Protection against CBRNe Events of the University of Rome Tor Vergata.   • SICC Series Conference primary objective is to internationally promote the dissemination of the culture on the prevention and mitigation of CBRNe events. In the common struggle for safety & security, SICC Series Conferences are devoted to highlight the state-of-the-art and the future needs of the different methodologies, techniques, theories, instruments, strategies, procedures, technologies and best practices on the prevention and mitigation of CBRNe risks, particularly in the spirit of collaboration and integration among States [Publisher's text].
